For uninsured clients or those with insurance not currently accepted, it is our business practice to collect the fee for professional services at the time of service.  Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance provider.  It is important to know that your insurance provider may reject payment for services considered not medically or therapeutically necessary or ineligible (i.e., not covered by your policy, the policy has expired or is not in effect for you or others receiving service).  If the insurance provider does not pay the estimated amount, the client receiving services is responsible for any balance due.  ​
